Entry Policy
- Entry to the casino will only be permitted with a prior confirmed booking made either through the Casino Carnival website or the Call Centre.
- The permissible age for entry on the casino floor is 21 years. Any guest below the age of 21 years will not be allowed entry.
- The Arogya Setu app is mandatory to enter the casino premises. Wearing a face mask is mandatory without which entry will not be granted.
- Before entry is granted, a temperature check will be mandatory. If your temperature is above 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit entry to the casino will not be permitted.
- A valid government photo ID should be carried for verification before entering.
- Dress Code is Formal or Smart casuals. Shorts, sleeveless T-shirts, flip-flops and chappals are not permitted.
- Right to admission is reserved with the management.
- Photography and Videography are not allowed in the Casino.
- Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.
- People in an inebriated state will not be allowed entry into Casino.
- Management reserves the right to stop serving alcoholic beverages to guests they believe are in an inebriated state. People found in an inebriated state in the Casino will be asked to leave the premises, the discretion of which lies with the Management.
- The said Guest is liable to pay damages.
- Management also reserves the right to remove individuals from Casino in case of unruly or disruptive behavior.
- Debit and Credit cards used for transaction at the casinos should have the name of the cardholder and should be supported by an original government issued identity proof.
- Cards belonging to joint account holders and companies will not be accepted.
- International cards are not accepted.
- The above terms and conditions are subject to change as per Management’s decision.
Online Payments
These terms and conditions apply to the User who uses the Online Services provided for any payment made to Casino Carnival Kindly read these terms and conditions carefully. By authorizing a payment to Casino Carnival, it would be treated as a deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. Casino Carnival reserves all the rights to amend these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice. It is the responsibility of the User to have read and understood the terms and conditions before using the Service.
Payment Terms
- Payments using the Service may be made by using Card credit, Debit cards, Net Banking, payment wallets and UPI.
- Upon completing a transaction using the Service, the Guest will be presented with a confirmation screen verifying the transaction details which the Guest may wish to process. It is the sole responsibility of the Guest to verify that all transaction information and other details are correct.
- The Company has no liability for transactions which are incorrect as a result of inaccurate data entry in the course of the use of the Service or for loss of data or information caused by factors beyond the control of the Company.
- The Guest will receive a confirmation email once the payment has been received by the third-party service provider which will have Transaction ID and Pay U ID.
- Every Payment Made will be Verified by Casino Carnival Using Transaction ID received by customer while executing the payment and separate Transaction receipt will be Generated with Transaction ID confirming the receipt of Payment.
- Every Transaction receipt Generated will be Signed by the customer acknowledging the validity of the transaction and receipt of service against the transaction.
- The Company does not accept any responsibility for refusal or reversal of payments, which shall be a matter between Customer and credit card or Debit issuer Bank.
- Cancellation or Refund Will be solely executed as per cancellation and Refund Term mentioned below.
Cancellation Terms
- If the order is cancelled within a day’s time or due to any dispute, refund of your payments will be done by executing Refund receipt at the counter.
- Refund Receipt will be generated against the transaction and the same will be signed by the customer acknowledging the cancellation of the transaction.
- No Cancellation claim will be considered valid if Customer does not possess the valid Refund Receipt.
- Refunds will be processed through the same mode within 15 working days.
Refund Terms
- For every refund Executed will have a separate Refund receipt Generated acknowledging the refund from Casino Carnival
- Once the Company receives the original refund receipt, it will scrutinize and evaluate the transaction. Only after approval refund will be initiated on Pay U Portal and refund will be processed as per the time frame mentioned below.
- The Guest will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method which were used at the time of purchase as given below.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
- All bookings made through the Call Centre and Website are non – refundable.
- No change of booking date or cancellation is allowed within 24 hours of the visit date.
- One date change is allowed for a future date with applicable difference amount payable depending on weekday & weekend pricing and can only be done 24 hours before the booking date.
- If the booking is done for a weekend, but the reschedule date is a weekday refund will not be processed for the difference amount.
- Medical emergencies will be considered for full refund and the same has to be justified with relevant documents.
- For entry booked online or through the call center, no cancellations/refunds are allowed on blackout dates and special rates.
- No Cancellations/Refund or transfer of ticket will be processed in case of a no show.
- Refunds shall be processed in the same form of payment used to purchase the original ticket/package. Once an online refund request is generated, the same will be approximately processed within 15 working days.
- No refund can be processed if a guest utilizes their One-time play coupons or Match play coupons offered to them as part of their package.
Non-Negotiable Playing Coupons
- Non-Negotiable coupons can be played on all games except for Electronic Roulette Machine & Slots.
- Non-Negotiable coupons can be played till the guest loses the wager (reusable).
- Non-Negotiable coupons are non-cashable.
- Non-Negotiable coupons will be in denominations of 500 and cannot be broken down into lower denominations.
- Please check with gaming staff with regards to the limitations of usage before placing your bet.
